Career Assistance
Transitioning from military service or long-term employment can be challenging — especially when life circumstances, health issues, or changing industries get in the way. The Career Transition Program at Vet’s Place helps veterans move forward with clarity, confidence, and support.
Through personalized guidance, resume and interview preparation, job search assistance, and connections to veteran-friendly employers, this program helps veterans identify their strengths and navigate today’s workforce with dignity and purpose.

At Case Management Services for Veterans & Seniors, we are dedicated to providing essential support to the unique needs of our clients. Our committed team ensures that veterans and seniors receive the resources and assistance they deserve. We create personalized plans, connecting individuals with vital services such as healthcare, housing, financial aid. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for those we serve and empower them to navigate their journeys confidence.

The primary function of Community Referral Services is to connect veterans and seniors with essential services that Vet's Place, Inc. does not provide In addition, we actively encourage community engagement through various social events and activities that help forge connections among veterans, seniors, and their families. Together we aim to create a supportive network that enhances the well-being of our community members.
